Pick-up location FAQs
A: Pick up your qualifying IKEA-USA.com online order at partner locations we call "Pick-Up Locations", all for just $10. In order to qualify to pick your order up, you’ll need to have at least one qualifying furniture item included in your online shopping cart during the checkout process.
A: No, but you can always order on IKEA-USA.com and select the Atlanta-Norcross Pick-Up Location for qualifying furniture orders. To pick up your order in Norcross, select the pick-up location option during checkout. Then select a pick-up time that is convenient for you.
A: Items purchased at IKEA-USA.com can be returned by contacting our aftersales team at 1-888-888-4532. They will arrange for a furniture pick up or parcel return and coordinate your refund remotely. We are unable to accept physical returns at the Atlanta-Norcross Pick-Up Location, so please reach out to our aftersales team for all accommodations.
